More than one thing.
I’m interested in more than one kind of problem. I work across businesses, construction and real estate, hospitality, technology and the capital decisions that connect them. I care about how ideas become operating systems — and how those systems shape the places, teams and experiences people live with.
LIXIM is not a professional biography. It is a space for questions I keep coming back to: What makes a business work beyond its presentation? What makes a place worth building? Which tools actually improve decisions? How do you create a life with room for curiosity, health, relationships and new experiences?
Some entries will be essays. Some will be practical frameworks. Some will be unfinished notes. The point is not to appear right all the time. It is to think in public carefully enough that the result might be useful.
